Random (Note that for this explosion to happen, the underbelly of the craft must have had a fuel tank next to the bottom of the fuselage.  When that material scraped against the runway at high speed, & then eventually struck the required-to-be-installed runway localized structure, it was then that some sort of spark was ignited.)
